March Forth
...was formed on March 4, 1999 when on this day four men, Brian, Dan, Doug and Bill, were called of God to form this quartet. We asked God to guide and direct us to see if this was really from Him or were we just breathing in the wind. Our first date together, April Fool's weekend. Our first concert was Mother's Day weekend at Reigle's Bible Fellowship in Millersburg, PA. March 4, 2000, Then Jim Springer joined  March Forth & they ministered together until July 24, 2001 when Bill and Jim retired.  On Sunday August 5, 2001 Rick Hudson accepted the Bass position as the 'new guy'. On April 6, 2002, Brian handed in his resignation due to health related issues.  At this time Floyd Foster became our new lead singer. After traveling with March Forth Quartet for 2 1/2 years Rick found something he wanted more than singing.  Rick resigned to getting married so his last concert was December 31, 2003.  At this time March Forth sang as a trio until January 31, 2004 when Don Schroth, from Downingtown, PA, joined us as our bass singer.  While this was Don's first concert, it was Dan's last concert.  Dan left March Forth Quartet after almost five years.  God sent someone else in the voice of Wayne Sears, from Baltimore MD.  Wayne's first songs with March Forth Quartet was Sunday February 22, 2004.  John McPherson joined March Forth Quartet in May of 2005 as the groups new Tenor.  In October 2005 Don resigned from March Forth Quartet so we began searching for a bass singer.  In January 2006 Dan Mickey joined March Forth Quartet as their new bass. In March 2006, Susandra Bleam joined March Forth Quartet as their new tenor.  In November of 2006 Dan resigned as bass singer and Susandra's husband David took over the bass vocals.  Then with job changes, David and Sue resigned in April 2007 leaving two vacancies.  Holly Koch, Doug's wife, took on the challenge of tenor and Aaron Why from York, PA has accepted the bass position with M4Q,  As of Nov. 2007 Aaron had to leave for personal reasons so March Forth is a trio ...for now. we feel that we have been called of God to share His joy, His peace and His love. We have been walking with God for years and come with varied experiences, circumstances, and blessings. We strive to bring a whole new flavor to a wonderful old style of music ministry to reach unbelievers of all ages.  March Forth is available to minister at your special event, rally day, evangelistic service, campground, and church service.  We have also taken a stand that March Forth  is a ministry of faith and will not request a certain amount of payment for church services.however, we do ask that you keep our costs in mind and prayer as we continue to minister with God's Word.   March Forth is a ministry based group so no matter how small or large your venue do not hesitate to contact us.
